Shipping Guidelines
Although we cannot guarantee it, we strive to ship most orders with 48 to 72 hours.

Domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground. For an estimate of the number of days it takes to deliver your package in the contiguous 48 states via carrier from our warehouse in Fortville, IN, please check the UPS zone map.

Other shipping methods are available such as Next-Day Air delivery.  Shipping charges for these methods are based on the weight and destination. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options and charges.

We do not ship nor does UPS deliver on weekends or holidays.  Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must either list a valid street address with your order.

We do not request or require a signature for any deliveries; it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

We do not ship any packages outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping to Military Locations

Military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will then have to wait on the military personnel delivering the package to you. When indicating your shipping address, “APO” or “FPO” will be your “City”; “AA”, “AE” or “AP” will be your “State” and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34 or 96. Leave the “Country” as United States. You will be presented with your Priority Mail shipping charge when you Checkout or check your shopping cart.

Incorrect Addresses or Re-routing Requests

We will pass along the $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered or that has auto-populated from your computer. You are responsible for your own address and whether or not it is correct.  If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the fee as carrier will charge us for this correction.

Damages or Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed missing merchandise. In the case of damage, we will contact the shipping company to invoke insurance for replacement – the shipper has the right to request visual inspection of the damaged merchandise and box. While we realize it may be an inconvenience, if you discard damaged merchandise or packaging before we receive authorization from the shipper, you will be waiving your right for replacement or credit.  Once approved we will either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Please be aware that our process is automated and packages are weighed before being placed on truck – any missing merchandise will be confirmed by real time package weight.


Returns must be authorized by the factory and if approved, will be given an RGA number which must accompany the returned item. Handling charges may apply.

UPS charges us for the return of undeliverable packages, including – but not limited to – refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the package and subsequent return charges.

Back Orders

Although we attempt to maintain inventory of each part and accessory. There will be times when inventory availability is not guaranteed and we cannot meet current demand. In this case, you will be notified the item you ordered was unable to be shipped. When this occurs, that item will be dropped from the invoice and when the item has been restocked, the item will be shipped.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Legal Notices

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Cool-Space shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and particularly the State of Indiana and shall be heard and venued in the County of Hancock.
