The water distribution system consists of two (2) assemblies:

  • The Water Inlet Assembly
    • Brass bulkhead fitting
    • Float valve assembly

  • The Hose and Valve Assembly
    • Spray Bar Assembly
    • Valve Assembly
    • Connection Hose

Problems and Solutions

Float valve may be loose

Tighten connections and/or replace hose washers

Water pressure ma be too high to allow float valve to shutoff (120psi max)

Reduce water pressure by adding an inline reducer

Float valve may not be seated properly

Check all hoses for leaks and repair or replace as needed

Check Flow Control

Reduce flow

Check for Cracked hose & valve assembly

Replace hose & valve assembly

Check for a loose hose connection

Tighten hose

Check for a dripping on the pad retainer or spray bar

If it is dripping you may need to addjust

Ensure pads were installed correctly

Check for blocked holes in the spray bar

Clean out spray bar

  • Remove spray bar
  • Remove plug
  • Clean tube and holes
  • Re-install spray bar

Make sure the water flow is adjusted

Open water flow control valve
